Your emotional tank is running red! It’s been a hard day at work with lots to catch up with, and lots still not done.

Getting home, the next “job” starts, with meals to cook and various family needs. For some there’s more, with significant others to help, like an aging parent or friends in dire need.

The demands of living is using energy. The oil of life needs topping up regularly, else one will stutter or stop altogether. What time has been allocated for topping up?

It’s best to recharge whilst there’s the chance. The worst place to run out of gas is where there’s no place to get some.

Who Is Spending Your Life?

I find it helpful to ask myself often, “who is spending my life?” For the time will come when I can no longer ask, unable to make adjustments with life completely drained. So while I can, it’s worth checking on the use of my life, and ensuring it is not being squandered.

“Never allow someone to be your priority while allowing yourself to be their option.” ~ Mark Twain

Life is a free priceless gift, for a uniquely packaged in each person for a unique purpose. Fulfilment is not in the doing, for activity does not equate productivity.

It is not worth running another peron’s race. Why sprint when you are designed for a marathon? It’s best to stay in your lane, finding fulfilment in individual uniqueness.

If I don’t have an agenda for my life, others will!
